Baselined deadlift and chins today. Worked up to a 5 rep set @ 295, and got 7-7 chins. Holy shit are my hips tight...
Fucking UFC gym is such a pain in the ass. They act like they're not a globo gym, but they don't have chalk or even collars at their 4 lifting platforms. AND they hit me with a vague hidden "annual enhancement fee". If I was paying for this membership, I'd give them a real piece of my mind. end rant.
Sat through two hours of Aquaman...left early to go the gym. Off day so did some conditioning. Fat as fuck.
