Swimming 2/8/16

2x:
3-3-4-4-3-3 25m lengths

First round, 10s rest per length, second round 5s rest per length

For the first half of this semester my workout/activity schedule will most likely look like this:

Mon: swim
Tues: crossfit and/or hockey
Weds: swim or accessory work at gym
Thurs: crossfit
Fri: crossfit and/or hockey
Sat: crossfit
Sun: crossfit
