For the first half of this semester my workout/activity schedule will most likely look like this:
Mon: swim
Tues: crossfit and/or hockey
Weds: swim or accessory work at gym
Thurs: crossfit
Fri: crossfit and/or hockey
Sat: crossfit
Sun: crossfit
