5x 1 high hang clean + 1 pause front squat + 1 split jerk
Worked up to 5 sets at 90kg/198lb
10x 2 squat cleans
Roughly on the minute at 100kg/220lb, missed two cleans, had trouble finding the right positions on my first pull today
