Variation of a workout Pat Sherwood posted on Instagram the other day:

5 thrusters 95#

~18:00+ though I think the clock may have paused during my thruster sets cause when I finished my last set of thrusters and went to look at the monitor the clock wasn't moving

Finished with a few back extensions and GHD sit ups.
