2015-04-06 Crossfit CE (MB)

I took 3 weeks off due to finals and spring break. Last week I did Angie and I ran outside twice over the weekend. Trying to settle into a routine in the new quarter.

Strength:
Overhead Squat: 6x4

Pretty easy. Didn't want to be really sore for the rest of the week.
