Setup my rings on the new squat rack and just messed around for 40 minutes yesterday.  Nothing was for time.
5 rounds
100 jump rope
10 ring dips
then
5 rounds:
3 press at 135 lbs
3 ring dips

Before bed:
100 evil wheels for time
