2. 3 strict hspu , ME double under

Rows were ~1:50. Did 100 65 70 70 doubles. Tendency to lose position on last hspu, but first two reps pretty clean. This is probably the most hspu I've done in a timed wod. Progress.

EC 3x3 strict c2b, scap pull ups, scap wall raises
