4 rounds each alternating with a partner:

800m run
15 manmakers (45/25 dumbbell each hand) - scaled to 35#

1 manmaker = Left row/pushup/right row/pushup/squat clean thruster.

each round took ~7-8min. Brutal WOD.

  1. 3 rounds at 45# with each partner completing 15 man makers each round. Took ~40:00

  2. our "beginner classes" were doing 4x(800m, 20 burpees). Thought this one was gonna be easier. how wrong i was!
