  2. squats from the ground, all unbroken. the met con was mostly limited by my toes to bar and by my conditioning (which 14.5 showed i really need work on). rx was 155, potentially could have gone to 135, but i like that i could keep moving for the most part at this weight.

    would have like to see where i could go on the back squat piece under fatigue, 185 was quite light.

  3. and yea it was a decent met con, but unfortunately these are few and far between at the gym (just too many people i think). like tomorrows was is 5 rounds of 5 power snatch and 20 tuck jumps.

    that said, its not like I'm trying to get to the open (or be JC), so i feel like this programming, if followed consistently, is going to get me making progress. consistency/food/sleep continue to be focuses for 2014.
