315# got heavy real quick, ~75% of my 1RM. We have some solid women's scores on this one, 168-158-136, should help the team continue climbing up the leaderboard.
Within the Mid Atlantic, I came in 433rd on 14.1 and 280th on 14.2. Currently sitting in 39th (which won't hold up), hoping for something better than 200th.
*The tiebreak time is the time you completed your last round of box jumps, so if someone else got 144 reps as well and finished their last set of box jumps at 6:15, I would place ahead of them.

Haven't lifted heavy in a while so I did 5x5 Front Squat at 225# afterwards.
Then did an hour of yoga.
Then rode my bike for an hour (15 miles), about two thirds of those 15 miles were 20s sprints with 40s rest.

i could barely walk after this one. josh on the other hand ... did like 4 more workouts. typical overachiever.
