Press: Fucked up and repeated 145 for my first set of 5. Then proceeded to do 150x{4,3}. Fail.

Squats were hard. Hoping its due to lifting in the morning. I think I've reached the max on PC that I can do before I'm worried about dropping this shit and shattering the weights or having yhem bounce on a corner and launch at my body. Need access to bumpers.
nice work dude. just buy some bumper plates and barbells and do pc's on your patio.
