Bench: 175x3x5
Deadlift: 245x1x5

2 rounds of:
45sec plank center
45sec plank left
45sec plank right
10 declined sit-ups 

Pull-ups: 8,4,3

Not sure what happened in last two sets of pull-ups. Arms felt dead.
