  1. Are these weights a challenge for you? If not, I suggest doing 2x5, and 1x5+...max out on your last set instead of stopping at 5. It will make the strength progression more fun :) #Greyskull

  2. i agree that the greyskull adjustment to the SS rep scheme is a good one. your stress dose during a reset is going to be better and you can track progress while not setting PRs.
