OL Tues

BBG

1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch

80kg (176lb) -85x-85x-85x

Dumbass shoulders still internally rotated in the catch which is the
only reason I'm missing any snatch, I'm getting 85kg high enough to
power snatch

2) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk

100kg (220lb) -110x (Need to hit 105 before jumping to 110)

Shit lifting day considering I can do hangs at 100kg like NBD

Strength

15 minutes to establish a 3RM Front Squat

125kg x3 (275lb) (PR 2RM)

Conditioning

3 rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts 275/185#
50 Double-Unders

4:14ish - deadlifts unbroken
