Weds DCF

Deload week over at the Outlaw Way so I decided to test my deadlift
since I haven't maxed out in several years.

Strength:

1RM Deadlift
135lb-185-225-275-315-365-405(PR)-425(PR) - still 70lb away from 3x BW
deadlift, lame.


Conditioning:

4 rounds for time
5 Deadlifts (70%) 295lb
10 Burpees
