15 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.

195# - still trying to fix second pull on the clean, hips are also
floating forwards on the dip and drive during the jerk so also trying
to work that


Strength

15 minutes to establish a 1RM Front Squat.

265# - failed 275#, heavy front squats aren't feeling comfortable,
combination of midline almost collapsing at the bottom, left knee not
feeling 100%, and not being able to ride down into the bottom as fast
as i'd like to


Conditioning

*With a running clock...

3 rounds for time of:

50 Double-Unders
25 Wall-Balls
10/7 Muscle-Ups (scaled to 5)

  1. I thought your C&J was in the 240s? Is this for a form reset?

  2. exactly, i hit 250 a while back, in november or something, but after hang cleaning 245 i realized my clean from the ground needed some work so im resetting and only adding weight when i feel comfortable with my form, might take a while to unlearn some bad habits i had, i suppose the best way to go about this would be to practice everyday.
