13.2 prep

13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24" box

I did three 5 min AMRAPs of 13.2 with 2 minutes rest inbetween, got 117-112-120 reps, so the third round I managed 4 complete rounds. Going in I thought for sure I could manage 1 round on the minute, apparently not. Key to this workout is making it an aerobic effort and using whatever movements/pacing you can to continuously move for 10 minutes.

Taking off work today cause KStar's coming to DCF to do a mobility clinic for the coaches. Shit just got real.
