20 min to establish 1RM Snatch - failed 185lb three times, used a
wrist wrap on my left wrist for the first time, felt pretty good even
though my wrist doesnt feel 100% yet sans wrap.
20 min to establish 1RM Clean and Jerk - skipped due to time
constraints, will do this today.
Front Squats - 60-90s rest, off 290lb 1RM, these were hard
1x5 80%, 235lb
2x3 85%, 245lb
2x3 90%, 260lb
3x1 95%, 275lb
Conditioning: Cindy - skipped due to time contraints, may do this today as well
