TM cycle 11

Volume:

Squat 5x5 @ 355lbs

Intensity:

Squat 1x5 @ 410lbs

Things are finally feeling more difficult on intensity day.  Hopefully I can get a few more weeks of progress before having to finagle with the system.

Pressing I've done lately:
Bench: 230 3x5, 235 3x5.  Still feeling reasonably strong here.
Press 155 3x5.
