CFFB 111312

Remedial bench work:
3x5 bench @ 175 (felt easy, I think because of hammering mah pecz on saturday)

Five 90 second rounds:
4 deadlifts @ 365 (scaled to 315)
max reps dips (18-12-9-7-6)

Didn't time this, but I didn't dawdle either, probably was close to 90 second rounds.
