5/3/1 cycle 3 week 2: squat
squat:
270 x 3
310 x 3
345 x max -> got 10.
Theo 1rm of 460. Could have had 11 but the bar was slipping off my back near the end.
Accessory:
squat 195 x 5 x 10
hamstring machine 95lbs x 5 x 15
