5/3/1 cycle 2 week 1: bench

Bench:
155x5
175x5
200x max -> got 14.

Was looking forward to my formula giving me a hilarious theo 1rm and was not disappointed: 315lbs.

Bench some more:
120 x 5 x 10
Barbell row:
120 x 5 x 10
Barbell Curls:
90 x 5 x 10
