Workout 7/31/12

Deadlift 350lbs 1x5
Press 140lbs 3x5
Weighted Chins +30lbs 1x5 (I got really sore here, probably because I ramped back up too fast)
Curls 80lbs 5x10

Not gonna lie, I'm enjoying the curls guys.

My back felt really sore after the first set of chins, so I skipped the next two sets.
