Sprint rest sprint

4 rounds not for time, all movements unbroken:
3-6 muscle ups (3-3-3-3)
20-30 double unders (20-20-20-20)
5-10 HSPU (5-5-5-5)

5 rounds:
1 min
20 hang power cleans 95# (20; 20; 15-5; 15-5; 10-5-5)
AMRAP double unders (35; 20; 20; 20; 19)
1 min rest

114 total double unders - pretty good workout, key is using the hips/legs to drive the bar up on the cleans otherwise your shoulders will be shot by the time you get to the double unders. Was feeling pretty sluggish from the outset, only hit the minimum number of reps for each NFT movement. Been getting beat by some people who I usually have no problem going heavier/faster than. I need to stop trying to do 18 workouts a week and get some legit rest days in. Gonna experiment with taking Tuesdays and Fridays or Saturdays off and see how things feel.
