I was shooting for 28 rounds, came up a bit short. I thought I was at 27+ the last time I did Cindy in June during DCF test week. Turns out I only got 25 rounds + 9 reps in June so 26+ isn't so bad. Hit 14 rounds at 10 mins, 12 rounds + 7 reps on the second 10 mins. Probably need 15 rounds and change in 10 mins to get to 28 total rounds. Did the majority of push ups unbroken, probably the last 3-4 rounds in two sets. Probably need to work on pushups again and overall aerobic endurance to add a few rounds next time. Thought it was worth noting that I didn't use any chalk and didn't use any tape on my hands and didn't rip or get any blisters.

blood dripping down your arm while working out is so incredibly metal. nice work.
