Backsquats at 225 lb.--->3 sets of 5
Conditioning:
Complete 8 rounds
3 squats at 80% of 1 rep max (~255 lb. x .80 ==> ~205)
Sprint 25 yards
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
I was pretty happy with this. CFFB is a completely different animal than CF Bethesda programming.

ReplyDeleteAlso, drove up into PA for work today. Made a pit stop at york barbell. The museum and weightlifting hall of fame there is sick. I owe you guys a photo-filled post. I wanna go back there, I could only stay for like 15 min.
