Atlas Running Club, or whatever it's called.
6x400m sprints, 90s rest between sets. Fastest individual runs 500m the following set. Did this alone so I just ran 400m err time:

1:34
1:27
Ran on 400m asphalt track with Chucks. Challenging but fun to mix things up. Wish I could get some coaching on my sprinting/running technique. First time I've run in a while, would like to keep it up during active rest days along with some cycling and yoga.
