5/3/1 cycle 1 week 2: Deadlift

Deadlift:
260 x 5
295 x 5
335 x max -> got 9.

Theo 1rm = 430.

Assistance:
Deadlift 190 5x10
Leg raise 5x15

Finally got to do some max deadlifts (had the pants fiasco last week) and am pretty happy with today.  I think I had maybe 1 or 2 left, but I was ridiculously out of breath.
