14:14/69 burpees - pretty happy with the time, going in I was pretty sure sub 15 was manageable with around 20 burpees per round. Hit 23 burpees per round. First 5 c&j were touch and go, second set was like 2-1-1-1 or something like that. First C&J set of the next two rounds were 2 touch and go and 3 singles too, much more energy for the first set coming off the double unders.
