workout 7/28/12

Deadlift 345lbs 1x5
Press 135lbs 3x5
Weighted chins +25lbs 3x5
Curlz 75lbs 5x10

Pretty decent workout.  Deadlifts felt pretty easy.  I guess I lost less on this lift than squats...

At this rate, I should be back to my previous level of strength in a month or so.
