Need to start posting regularly again

Yesterday:
Ran down street and back (about 200 meters)
20 squat clean at 75 lb.
20 ring pushups

13:27...pussed out on this wod - was supposed to do another round of squat cleans and ring pushups.  Was feeling extremely nauscious pre- and post-workout, either due to the weather or that I had a 101 fever the day before. 

Sunday: Tabata Mashup
kb swings
burpees
rest 1 minute
thrusters at 45 lb.
situps
===> lost track of reps on all movements

Saturday:
Lift: Front squat 2-2-2-2
135-185-195-205 (ties pr)
Conditioning: 21-15-9
Power clean at 135 lb.
Barbell row at 95 lb.
Time: 9:55 (got interrupted by Robin and my landlord twice)

Last Thursday:
Lift: hang power snatch 2-2-2-2-2
95-105-115-125-125
Conditioning: Amrap 10 minutes
10 lunges with 95 lb.
10 pushups
6 rounds and 4 lunges

Wednesday:
Conditioning:
30 sumo deadlift highpulls at 65 lb.
30 burpees
30 snatches at 65 lb.
30 situps
30 thrusters at 65 lb.
Run down street and back (about 200 meters)
