My gym is expanding beyond crossfit to other types of routines like: circuitfit, martial arts, trx, etc. They had an event on Saturday open to the public which took me through 5 workouts, each lasting around 10 minutes.
The crossfit workout was
6 min AMRAP:
10 box jumps (24")
10 push press (65#)
10 wall balls (14#)
5 burpees
I think I got 3 rounds and change.
The other workouts included TRX training, pushups, random agility work, running, biking, rowing, etc.
