Saw Rich Froning do this rep scheme on the crossfit journal:
5 on the minute for 1st minute at 135
3 on the minute for next 6 minutes at 225
3 on the minute for next 6 minutes at 255
1 every 30 seconds at 275 for some minutes
I took this scheme and did the following:
5 on the minute for 1st minute at 95 (10 reps total)
3 on the minute for next 4 minutes at 135
3 on the minute for next 2 minutes at 145
3 on the minute for next 4 minutes at 165
3 on the minute for next 2 minutes at 175
2 minute rest to reload bar etc.
1 every 30 seconds at 185 for 5 minutes*
*had two failed reps at 185 out of 11 atempts
20 minutes total, 55 total successful reps.
Saturday
Skill: Overhead Squats
-did a couple sets of 10 at 95 lbs
Conditioning:
10 rounds
2 wall walks
10 pullups
20 tuck jumps
