thai turkey lettuce wraps


my lunch today: thai turkey sans lettuce wraps.  super delicious.  about 2 pounds of ground turkey, mushrooms, carrots, sambal (chinese chili sauce), thai fish sauce, tamari (gluten free soy sauce), and olive oil made about 5 meals this week.  cooked on sunday night.  especially good when wrapped with fresh lettuce.  made me realize the thing i miss most about paleo is having a good sandwich every now and again. 

wednesday wod:
conditioning:
3 rounds
run around block (about 1/3 mile)
10 squat cleans at 65 lb.
15 ring pushups

16:29.  should've gone heavier on the squat cleans.  squat cleans and ring pushups were unbroken on all three rounds.

tuesday wod:
lift: deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 at 235 lb.
conditioning: amrap 12 minutes
10 pushups
10 box jumps
10 kb swings

7 rounds and 2 pushups.  box jumps were crap.  the ledge i was using didn't give me enough space to jump down every time so i had to step off with one foot after each jump.  need to find a better place to do these around my new place.
