225, 235, 235, 235 (have to buy more plates if I'm gonna keep making gains)
Conditioning:
AMRAP 15 minutes
Turkish getups (didn't prescribe a weight, I did 10 lbs bc that's the only plate w/ a grip that I have...not enough weight)
55 turkish getups @ 10 lbs in 15 mins. Meh.
shit is not letting me post for some reason and i dont have time to mess with it right now... wahhhh. but i did CFFB 051012 and 051112, i'll update later this weekend. throwing a party tonight!!
