Almost the weekend....

Strength

3x5 squat @ 245 (fail: set of 3 then 5-5-5@225)
3x5 bench @ 165 (meh, wouldn't have made it with out some touch spotting on the last reps of sets 2 and 3)

Conditioning

2 hrs tennis, jogged laps at brisk pace in between sets
