As soon as finished deadlift I knew my elbow wasnt going to hold out. I got maybe 10 pullups in and at full extension it felt like something was gonna pop. :(

Skipped the box jumps because I'm a panzy and the gym's max height is like 28". Got the sprints though.
damn 325x5 is no joke
ReplyDeletemy form is way tighter than I let it get previously on DL, back straight as a plank...well, a plank with a lumbar curve in it. could feel it giving way on 5th rep though, hopefully I can go straight to a new PR without failure.

ReplyDeleteNo. My plan was to get my squat numbers up around where youre at before I use a belt, to build a solid core stability foundation. That being said, I'll sometimes belt up for the last set or two of presses if my erectors are spent from something else.
