Gained 7 lbs yesterday. Topped off at 163lb last night.
No work means I can spend all day getting jacked central. Spent an hour and a half on the oly lifts today, have some serious flaws I need to address. Your time would be much better spent watching this video than the one below.

15 lateral bar jumps
11 rounds + 1 snatch
20 year old machine: 13 + change
Notes: lateral bar jumps are my jam. HR push ups slowed me down a bit. Did all the snatches without taking my hands off the bar. Shooting for unbroken snatches next time I guess.
also did a back lever today. that was hard.
