Competition

Male requirements for membership on the DCF Competition team are meeting 7/10 of the criteria below. Not sure exactly what it means to be on the team but I clearly need to get a hell of a lot stronger. Hitting 3/10 right now (in gray). As it stands there are probably 3 guys at DCF who meet 7/10 (two trainers included), max 4 guys. Shooting for 7/10 by July 1, should be able to check off back squats, C&J, Karen, and Fran by then.

6:50 2K Row [~8:20?/7:45]
6:45 “Karen” [(150 wall balls for time) no clue, probably around 7-7:30, I should try this soon/6:45]
3:30 “Fran” [~4:00? should do this again soon too/3:30]
12 Rounds, 10-Minute “Cindy” [13+/14]
