chalking this up to poor recovery, 3x5@235 earlier this week was fine. nutrition was spot on, sleep was satisfactory, i'ma look into getting on a vitamin regimen.

reached failure on last rep of each bench set, with scaling: 135-115-95. pullups was cake compared to the bench.
