cold and rainy bike ride to the gym today. went rock climbing on tuesday. my beginner rock climbing class is over and i signed up for the intermediate which starts the weekend after next. the hardest top-rope route I've been able to finish without stopping was a 5.8, and I've done a 5.9 with rest. I've done a few V0 bouldering routes as well.

Notes: pretty easy workout. probably good for me since I'm just getting back after 3 weeks.
