Been eating pretty well the last 3 weeks (with the exception of the last few days due to travel restrictions or general unpreparedness, you say tomato I say tomato). Workouts have been feeling pretty solid even though I haven't been getting enough sleep. Hoping to get my sleep schedule back on track in the next few days. Worked out in a halfway decent hotel gym today. And by halfway decent I mean they had ample room to do kipping pull ups and had a lot of dumbbells. Going to try to do a soft sand beach run later in the week.

  2. They were both something like 20-10-10-5-5-5-5-5-3-2-3-2...
    I'm not doing any more unbroken than in the past so I guess my rest times are just shorter now.
