strength and honor

took a break since sunday because i tore my hands to pieces at the climbing gym on sunday. its a shame because i really enjoyed the climbing, but it threw my routine off. let me know when you wanna go, JC, i'm down like a clown charlie b-b-b-brown. forgot how much fun gym climbing is.

3x5 back squat @ 195
3x5 press @ 95
1x5 deadlift @ 235
3x5 bench press @ 145 (5-5-4, PR)

back squat was surprisingly easy for not having squatted heavy in weeks. used a belt on the last set of presses. oh how i missed you these past few days, barbell...
