2x10 back extensions

...so weak...in my defense, the pullup bar i used had a wall in front of it, so i couldnt really kip (although i developed a sweet semi-sideways kip on the fly because im a natural athlete). I felt like death warmed over afterward, the supersetted situps and extensions tossed my stomach around too much. Also, this was a poor choice for first wod after 5 weeks of strength programming and no conditioning work.
