Singles

Did some random 300 WOD prep yesterday (floor wipers, kb clean/press, pushups), nothing really meaningful.

Plan for later today, both CF mainsite WODS from the recent past:

Snatch 1 rep on the min for 15 min

Weighted pushups 7x1

  2. How'd you do the weighted pushups? I was trying to envision how I'd get multiple plates on my back on my own...

    SS day 4:
    3x5 Bench press @ 130
    3x5 power clean @ 115
    3x5 push press @ 105
    3x10 GHD situps

    Power clean form felt shitty, failed on last PP set (couldn't keep my trunk rigid). Ran out of time to squat, slash my back was gassed. Forgot to do chins. Overall a frustrating day. I'm calling rippetoe tomorrow to complain that I'm not adding 5-15 lbs on all my lifts each workout like his book says I should be able to do for 4ish weeks straight...

  3. Had a spotter put the plates on/take it off. Wanted to do this yesterday but there was no one in the gym I felt comfortable asking.
