resting and mwod stuff

did mwod 3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4cpBBDVGGU&feature=player_embedded) yesterday and threw in maybe 10 min split between the first two days (front of hips and chillin in squat position). feels so good after. but can't even come close to the flexibility this dude has. mindblowing.
