nice...i didn't get around to doing that one yesterday, but i did 4 min on that pain in the ass shin against the wall move and maybe 5 min in a squat. i'll do it today.

did 50 hangboard pullups. alternated sets of pullups with hanging out in squat. used a variety of hold combinations. i think my ankle flexibility is the limiting factor in my deep squat position. gonna work on that.
