Mo Stuff

Probably won't be getting lifting shoes anytime soon but this is an interesting video. At the very least, I think one can deduce the benefits of wearing low profile shoes (think converse), vibrams, or going straight barefoot relative to wearing crap like Nike Shox.

    that rippetoe book says pretty much the only thing you should have for lifting is proper shoes.
