Kettle Bell Monday

Strength
Press 3-3-3-1-1 (max at 120)
Back Squat 3-3-3-1-1 (max at 175)

Metcon
For time with 25 lb KB:
15 Burpees
*15 KB Clean (full squat)
*15 KB Power Snatch
*15 KB Single-Arm Swing
*15 KB Press
*15 KB Stationary Lunges
15 Burpees

*Each exercise is done with one KB, alernating sides. You must do 15 on EACH side, but can do so in any rep combination.

  1. so this workout was entirely done in 10 minutes? And then you left the gym?

  2. the metcon (metabolic conditioning) was done in 10 minutes. the strength portion was not. including warm up + cool down, i was at the gym for about an hour.
