Nice, glad you did this. I was hoping they would do Murph today in Thailand but alas they had something else programmed. What are the 28 and 10? How did you split up the reps?
28 was Cindy time 10 was second mile.I did it Cindy style...next year I will do 5-5-10x20 and 5-5x20
